PikeDeck is a proposal management platform that allows agencies and consultants to create, manage, and track professional proposals.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on PikeDeck. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

PikeDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
